GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTICE: Any Services to the members of Karnataka Rajya Nadapinjar sangha is expressly limited to and governed by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made a material part of any service to its members.

Area of operation: Throughout Karnataka State, All District units and Taluka units are registered with the State unit of Sangha, no separate registration is required.
Purpose: Nadaf Pinjarra community’s upliftment in Education, Islamic Education, Social and Economic status
In order to achieve the goals, Karnataka Rajya Nadaf/Pinjar Sangha is formed with the following composition
- State unit — having area of operation throughout Karnataka state.
- District Unit — having area of operation in the concerned District.
- Taluka Unit — having area of operation concerned Talukas
Membership — Community members residing in concerned taluka can become members of the Sangha through the taluka unit by paying the prescribed fee.
Eligibility to become a member — Indian National with 18 years of age and person belonging to Islam with caste Pinjar/Nadaf/Mansoori/Dudekula/ Noorbash can become a member.
How to become a member — Person willing to become a member should apply to concerned Taluka unity in the prescribed format.
Taluka unit, District unit, and State unit Office bearers will be elected by election every 5 years. All welfare schemes of the sangha are implemented through district/taluka units.
